Effects of berberine on phosphorylation of AMPK and ACC.

Western blot was performed with the whole cell lysate. Stimulation of AMPK and ACC phosphorylation was quantified as relative optical density (C and D). Results are shown as means ± SEM from at least six independent experiments; *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 vs. control.
