Effects of CHF5633 on LPS-induced intracellular pro-inflammatory cytokine synthesis in adult CD14⁺ monocytes.

The diagrams illustrate relative expression of intracellular TNF-α (A), IL-1β (B) and IL-8 protein (C) in LPS-stimulated CD14⁺ cells after 14h additional exposure to 100μg/ml CHF5633 or 100μg/ml Curosurf®. Non-exposed CD14⁺ cells served as negative, LPS-activated monocytes as positive controls. Results (n = 4) are expressed as mean ± SD (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01).
