Effect of heparin/NAH on coagulation in mice with acid aspiration caused ALI.

When mice were anesthetized, whole blood was collected and centrifuged for plasma. Mice plasma APTT was measured by turbidimetry with an APTT detection kit. Data are presented as mean±SD (n = 6). *p<0.05 vs. the control group, **p<0.01 vs. the control group.
