PC12 cells preincubated with Sirtinol (15 µM) 30 min before pretreatment with NaHS (200 µM) for 30 min prior to 24-h exposure of formaldehyde (FA, 120 µM). The levels of GRP78 (A), CHOP (B), and cleaved caspase-12 (C) expression in PC12 cells were detected by Western blot using anti-GRP78, -CHOP, and -cleaved caspase-12 antibody, respectively. In all blots, staining for β-actin was used as a loading control. Values are the mean ± S.E.M. of three independent experiments. ***P<0.001, vs control group; ###P<0.001, vs FA-treated alone group; $$P<0.01, vs cotreated with NaHS and FA group.
