Gehr, Shobha GhoshNx+WD rats were treated with polymixin (Nx+WD+PM) and curcumin (Nx+WD+CU). PM was dissolved in drinking water and freshly prepared CU was given orally everyday by gavage the respective control (Nx+WD+Gavage) received daily gavage of the vehicle. The data shown is the mean and SD of 5 rats per group. Statistically significant difference between the groups are shown in the comments.
