Dynamic monitoring of MDCK cell proliferation.

A) Proliferation curves of MDCK cells in cell culture media. B) Proliferation curves of MDCK cells in SFM with TPCK-trypsin. At the indicated time point the cells were inoculated with different concentrations of virus and TPCK-trypsin.
