Colon cancer stage-specific correlation between interleukin levels and K-ras positive/negative patients and healthy controls.

Determination of interleukin (A) IL-17, (B) IL-22, and (C) IL-23 concentrations (pg/ml) in the tumor tissues of K-ras positive, K-ras negative colon cancer patients, and control patients in the various stages of colon cancer progression. Manumycin A was applied on normal and stage D patient samples. The data are presented as mean ± SD of samples for each group involved. Large bar indicates comparison between patient stage D and stage D+Manumycin treatment samples.
