CCoV-II infection modulates TRAIL protein expression.

(A) Cell lysates were collected at the indicated times p.i., and equal amounts of proteins from each sample were subjected to Western blot analysis and probed for TRAIL antibody which recognized the 28–30 KDa bands for TRAIL-R1 and TRAIL-R2, respectively. β-actin was used as a loading control. The molecular weight (KDa) of protein size standards is shown on the left hand side. Blot is representative of three separate experiments.
