Longo(A) Body weight of 17 month old female Tg2576 mice treated with LM11A-31 for 3 months (nTg-Veh, nâ=â7 mice; Tg2576-Veh, nâ=â6; Tg2576-31, nâ=â5; nTgâLM11A-31, nâ=â4). Starting at treatment week 6, Tg2576 mice weighed less than WT mice; LM11A-31 had no effect on this measure. Statistical significance was determined using repeated measures ANOVA with Dunnett's post-hoc test. (B) Average grams of water consumed by Tg2576 mice over 3 days was significantly greater than nTg mice; LM11A-31 had no effect on this measure. Statistical significance was determined using two-tailed Student's t-test. *pâ¤0.05 vs. nTg Veh.
