(A) The cobblestone area formation (arrows) is obviously inhibited in Npm1wt/c+ HSPC. (B) The cobblestone area numbers are also much lower in mutant mice. The difference seems more augmented as mice became older (n = 7 each). (C) The mutant mice with MPD exhibited even more severe compromised cobblestone area formation when compared with mutant but non-MPD mice (P<0.001, one bar represents triplicate experiments from one mouse).
