Front (left) and side (right) views of superimposition of Drosha (sand) upon Dicer (deep blue). Connector domain of Drosha is colored firebrick and of Dicer green-forest. Starting at the C-terminus of the Connector helix Drosha has more stooped posture compared with Dicer. The distance between the N-terminal of both Connector domains is 20.21Å, and the bending angle is ~30°.
