Proteins are shown as backbone ribbons. The C1 and C2 subunits of AC5 are colored blue and red respectively and Gsα is colored green. ATP is shown in a CPK representation with standard chemical coloring. In each case, the structures are averages taken from the molecular dynamics simulations described in this work.
