McMurry, Ying XieShown is the nucleotide sequence of the double stranded DNA used to initiate REPSA selections in this study. (N) Random nucleotides. The recognition sequences and cleavage sites of the type IIS restriction endonucleases FokI and BpmI are indicated by brackets and arrows, respectively. The sequences corresponding to the primers used to PCR amplify this selection template are indicated by horizontal arrows. Note that both the primer IRD700_ST2R and selection template ST2R24 were singly 5′-end labeled with the fluorophore IRDye 700 (7). This allowed their sensitive detection through native PAGE and infrared fluorescence imaging.
