The transcript amount in the pulp of M82 fruit was arbitrarily set to 1 and it was used as calibrator for relative expression levels in each comparison. Asterisks indicate values that are significantly different from M82 pulp (*p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001).
