The tree was mid-rooted. Bootstrap values higher than 50% are shown (maximum likelihood, 1,000 realizations). Sequences obtained in this study are DI (Dauphin Island, AL) and LK (Long Key, FL). The other sequences were obtained from GenBank (see S1 Table).
