Cell surface expression levels of murine mGPR83, human hGPR83, and an N-terminal hGPR83 deletion construct.

Cell surface expression levels of mGPR83 and hGPR83 expressed in COS-7 cells were examined using an ELISA system detecting the HA-tag. Untagged wt mGPR83 was used as a negative control. Data was assessed from a minimum of three independent experiments, each performed in triplicate, and calculated to 100% of the positive control. Values represent mean + SEM. Significance was determined compared with the positive control. ***P ≤ 0.001 (one-way ANOVA, Dunnett´s test).
