Affinity determination of 144-A8 and 297-D4 using competitive ELISA.

Increasing concentrations of GST-BAP31 were pre-incubated with 297-D4 and 144-A8 in the solution first, and free antibodies were further incubated with coated GST-BAP31. The binding activities of free antibodies are expressed as % binding. Each experimental point is the mean of three independent experiments performed in triplicates.
