The levels of GRP78 (A), CHOP (B), and cleaved caspase-12 (C) expression in PC12 cells were detected by Western blot using anti-GRP78, -CHOP, and -cleaved caspase-12 antibody, respectively. In all blots, staining for β-actin was used as a loading control. Values are the mean ± S.E.M. of three independent experiments. ***<i>P</i><0.001, <i>vs</i> control group; ###<i>P</i><0.001, <i>vs</i> FA-treated alone group; $$<i>P</i><0.01, <i>vs</i> cotreated with NaHS and FA group.</p> 2014-02-28 03:58:55 Biochemistry proteins Molecular cell biology Cellular structures Subcellular organelles cytometry flow cytometry neuroscience Neurochemistry neuromodulation toxicology Toxic agents Environmental chemistry pollutants neurology Neuropharmacology sirt-1 er induced
