<p>A, PC12 cells were treated with different concentrations of NaHS (100, 200 and 400 µmol/L) for 24 h. B, PC12 cells pretreated with NaHS at a concentration of 200 µM for 30 min prior to 24-h exposure of formaldehyde (FA, 120 µM). The levels of SIRT-1 expression in PC12 cells were detected by Western blot using anti-SIRT-1 antibody. In all blots, staining for β-actin was used as a loading control.
