Paraffined sections of human colon biopsies were obtained from patients with colorectal cancer (b), and non-cancerous tissue (a). Human IL-17, IL-22, and IL-23, were detected using anti-human monoclonal antibodies from Santa Cruz. Staining with mouse IgG1 isotype was used as the negative control. Stained tumor cells are shown at a final magnification of ×400.
