Alarcón, Tomás This figure shows the cumulative frequency distribution (CFD) for a sample consisting of the 401 differentiation gene ER parameter sets generated by ABC which best fit the synthetic data shown in Fig 2(a), i.e. SSA simulated data for the default stochastic ER differentiation system (see Table A in S1 File). <p>Out of these 401 parameter sets, 94 satisfy the constraints associated with the differentiation epiphenotype. Amongst these, 10 are found to show plastic behaviour. The remaining 307 parameter sets generate bistability at <i>e</i><sub><i>HDM</i></sub> = <i>e</i><sub><i>HDAC</i></sub> = 1.
