<p>We analyzed by sequential spotting as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0006619#pone-0006619-g002" target="_blank">Fig. 2D</a> the survival to caffeine or H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> exposure at the indicated concentrations of the deletion collection strains 666 (WT), <i>Δpap1</i>, <i>Δrad3</i>, <i>Δssb3</i>, <i>Δrad54</i>, <i>Δrad51, ΔC25A8.01c</i>, <i>Δccr4</i>, <i>Δcaf1</i> and <i>Δsin3</i>.</p>
