Body wall muscles from 3rd instar larvae were dissected and stained with antibodies recognizing Myc-C3GWT (red) and βPS (green), respectively. βPS was observed to partially co-localize with C3GWT, both in perinuclear regions (<b>A–A″</b>) and in the accumulations of C3GWT protein at one side of muscle attachment sites (<b>B–B″</b>).</p>
