<p>A) Western blot analysis demonstrating the PS2 C-terminus migrating at ∼20 kDa. Twenty-four hour stimulation with 10 u/ml IFNγ induces increased levels of PS2 expression in lysates prepared from primary microglia, while 100 ng/ml LPS does not induce PS2 expression.
