<p>HEK293T cells were transfected with NP expressing plasmid (pcDNA3.1-NP) or control plasmid (pcDNA3.1). Cells were harvested at 36 hours post-transfection and cell lysates were subjected to western blotting analysis. <b><i>A.</i></b> Lane 1 of panel 2 shows significant downregulation of pPKR levels in NP transfected cells.
