Gel-binding assays were set up with DiAcpS and DiSfp, taking [1-14C] acetyl-CoA (A-CoA), [1-14C] hexanoyl-CoA (H-CoA) and [1-14C] lauroyl-CoA (L-CoA) as co-substrates.
