A CarLA-negative saliva pool was used to test for non-specific binding. Peptides PAB1.C7C-3, -4, 5-, 16-, 18 and 37 were recognised by salivary IgA from an anti-CarLA positive pool. Serial dilutions of saliva pools were used in assays and results from 1:10 dilutions presented. Data are representative of at least 3 independent repeat assays.</p> 2016-08-31 10:26:32 peptide mimotopes mucosal polyclonal anti-CarLA antibody response PAB 1 epitope form part C 7C peptide library PAB 1.
