Data are presented as the mean and standard error of three biological replicates. Compared to normoxia (Hyp 0′), srbB expression was significantly induced in hypoxia 15 min, which was earlier than the initial srbA induction. The data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni posttests.
