Ou, Hesheng Li, Yumei Kang, Min Clinicopathologic characteristics of NPC patients aged between 30 and 74, with a median age of 48. <p>Note: Primary tumors at pharynx nasalis in NPC had deep, wide and irregular invasions into peripheral tissues, so the sizes of these tumors could not be measured in the evaluation of NPC staging. None of the NPC patients received any treatment before. Before standard chemotherapies or radiotherapies, tissue biopsies from pharynx nasalis were examined. For subsequent treatment for NPC, concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy were performed.</p><p>Clinicopathologic characteristics of NPC patients aged between 30 and 74, with a median age of 48.</p> NPC cell lines;AKT activity;vivo assays;nasopharyngeal carcinoma;Targeting PTEN Gene;PTEN mRNA;Suppresses Apoptosis;flow cytometry;DNA fragmentation;STAT 3 protein;TUNEL assay;PTEN tumor suppressor;42 patients;NPC tissues;STAT 3 Induces Proliferation;lymph node metastasis;CNE 2 cell lines;Cell growth;NPC cells;luciferase reporter assay;NPC cell proliferation;mir;cell assays;transcription factor;CNE 1;utr;il;STAT 3 mRNA 2014-11-03
